The Hartog Team have been enthusiastically supporting the fantastic Mouth Cancer Action Month initiative.

We have been wearing our blue lips with pride!

Mouth Cancer Action Month is the UK’s biggest charity campaign for mouth cancer awareness.

Taking place throughout November, thousands of amazing people go out into their communities to raise awareness of mouth cancer and share the important message of being mouth aware.

DID YOU KNOW?

22 people every day are diagnosed with mouth cancer, which can affect the lips, tongue, cheeks and throat.

91% of cases in the UK are linked to lifestyle choices.

A high proportion of cases of mouth cancer are linked to tobacco and alcohol.

If mouth cancer is spotted early, the chances of a complete cure are good. Mouth cancer can often be spotted in its early stages by your dental team during a thorough mouth examination.
